Statutory Planning
Rowan is a qualified planner with over twenty years of experience working in the field of resource management in New Zealand. An experienced policy planner, he has been involved in all aspects of policy development, including providing expert evidence at plan and environment court hearings. Rowan also has experience in preparing resource consents for local and central government clients as well as private individuals and businesses.
Resource Consents
We have experience in preparing resource consents for a range of different projects and initiatives. We have prepared both Regional and District consent applications. Our applications have included hydro dams, bike tracks, education facilities, airstrips, and residential developments for a range of commercial and public facilities. We have a broad range of experience in resource consent preparation. Our approach is to work constructively with clients and consenting bodies to ensure a positive outcome.
