We have a wealth of practical experience in strategic, recreation, conservation and resource management planning.
Based centrally in Taupō, New Zealand, we are set up to work with a range of clients throughout the country.
The Team
Rowan Sapsford
Planner / Director
Rowan is an experienced planner and strategist with a wide range of skills and experience. He has practiced as a planner since 1998 and has a Bachelor of Resource and Environmental Planning and a Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Studies from Massey University.
Rowan has worked in the United Kingdom and New Zealand for local government, central government and consultancies.

Rowan grew up in the outdoors and still spends as much time as he can there, especially on his mountain bike and with his family. His association with the outdoors has led to a strong personal and professional interest in protecting and enhancing the environment so the next generation can enjoy it too.
Marion Ross
Editor / Wordsmith
Marion has experience writing for a broad range of audiences and contexts. She has a background in tourism marketing and human resources and has a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Victoria University of Wellington.
Marion has worked in the tourism industry, for local government and for large commercial enterprise.

Marion loves anything to do with words and is a self-professed grammar geek. She also loves music and spending time on her skis and mountain bike. She is chief taxi driver for the kids' many activities and enjoys taking them up the mountain or to the local bike trails.
